The garden room
Surrounded by the upstairs balcony and main staircase, this room brings the outdoors in with its garden area, abundant windows, and space for sitting and quietly enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee. French doors open onto the front and back patios for outdoor entertaining and relaxation on pleasant days, but this space will feel like your own private courtyard any time of year.
The fully-appointed kitchen defines state-of-the-art farmhouse, where a Smeg range nestles in the arms of a surround made from 150 year-old brick and a DeLonghi cappuccino maker rests beside a hutch crafted from 90 year-old barn wood.
